A little less ordinary. A lot more you

With more than 30 years in the industry, Dio brings a rebellious design instinct and ruthless technical precision to every project. His work starts by challenging the square box, then uses 3D modeling to make the bold idea buildable.

Kathleen brings warmth, care, and a steady hand to the studio. She looks after the accounting and runs the office, so every project has a firm footing behind it.

Amalia is the grounded heartbeat of the studio. Her experience in people, systems, and culture gives the team the clarity and warmth to keep ambitious work moving forward.

Samuel brings many years of design drafting experience to the studio. He has worked with a long list of AHJs in and around the valley, and that history brings a wealth of knowledge to the unique nature of our work. A recent addition, and already a vital part of the team.

Evangelia keeps the studio running on time. Schedules, correspondence and the hundred small details that hold a project together all pass through her desk.

Lydia looks after the contracts, agreements and paperwork behind every build. She makes sure the creative work is on solid ground before a single line is drawn.

Penelope writes and tunes the studio's articles, so the work finds the people looking for it. Every post that goes up on the blog passes through her first.

Helios shares the studio's work with the world. New renders, finished builds and the stories behind them all find their way out through him.

Balteros built and looks after this website. New projects, new photographs and every change you see here go up through him.
