The Design Process

Great communication is the foundation of a successful project. During this phase, we will listen to your ideas, learn about your personality, and do everything we can to understand your vision for your building.

This is the fun part! Here, we begin to explore design concepts together. We present sketches and ideas for client feedback. By the end of this phase, a general shape, size, and design for the building will be established.

Once you feel good about the design, we choose building materials, exterior and interior finishes, and develop a detailed plan. Through this phase, we are able to establish a

realistic estimate of the total building cost.

During this step, we develop working construction documents. These documents will be submitted as part of your building permit application and serve as the guide for the

construction process.

At this point, we help you find a construction company to build your project! It is our job

to partner with you in identifying the best company based on your goals and budget.

Now, as drawings come to life, we will work to ensure your building is constructed

according to design specifications.
